Flat Iron Duplex Apartment
This duplex renovation was developed with interior designer Gary McBournie. Bringing classical elements and patterns into a modern lifestyle was a key design philosophy. The new central staircase combines traditional paneling with a unique metal railing with venetian glass inserts.
