Established in 1998, Jeffrey Flanigan, Architect is a full service architectural firm providing innovative designs for residential and commercial projects. Jeffrey graduated from the Cooper Union in lower Manhattan and conveniently provides services to the tri-state area and beyond. Jeffrey is currently licensed as a professional architect in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Utah. Our office brings together a team of technical and creative talents to generate sophisticated design solutions for a growing list of clients.
Our Concept
We strive to listen and identify our clients needs to guide us in creating elegant yet comfortable living and working environments. We combine modern concepts of design with traditional craftsmanship to optimize the natural light, orientation and spatial potential of each project. Each individual project and site is evaluated and tailored to introduce a harmonious relationship of materials, textures, and light.
Art and Technology
To ensure client satisfaction with the evolving design prior to construction, we integrate art and technology by creating three-dimensional computer models and images of the projects. This process not only saves valuable time, but ensures that client and architect are "on the same page."
